Petitioner appears in person. He submits that he has joined on the post of 'Store Munsi', but his fixation on the said post has not been done and arrears effective 30.03.2012 has not yet been paid.
Mr. Bhagwan Singh Galaw, OIC appearing for the respondent-contemnor states that the fixation of the petitioner on the post of 'Store Munsi' will be done and his arrears is paid effective 30.3.2012 within a period of ten days from today.
In view of the statement made, the contempt petition stands disposed of. Notices discharged.
