Mr. Himanshu Sharma, who has been recently appointed as Investigating Officer to investigate FIR No.200/14, Police Station, NEB, Alwar, states that the delay in compliance with the order of this Court passed on 26.08.2014 has been occasioned by the failure of the petitioner to furnish the original documents of the plot in dispute in spite of several notice under Section 91 Cr.P.C. The same averment has been made in the reply to the contempt petition, which has been filed today.

Mr. N.K. Meena, petitioner in person, however emphatically denied that he has failed to furnish the original documents related to the plot in dispute in respect of which FIR has been lodged. He submits that the documents have been presented on several occasions, but refused to be accepted by the Police.

Be as it may, the petitioner is now directed to file the

original documents related to the plot in dispute before the Investigation Officer Mr. Himanshu Sharma, at 12 O'clock on Saturday i.e. 15.11.2014. Thereafter, the investigation in the FIR No.200/2014 be completed within a period of fifteen days.

The contempt petition is disposed of accordingly. Notices discharged.

However, in the event the investigation is not completed within the stipulated period of fifteen days after the submission of documents by the petitioner, the petitioner shall be free to move an application for recall of this order and revival of this contempt petition.
