Counsel for the petitioner submits that in an identical matter, i.e. SBCCP No.410/2014, decided on 12.09.2014 by this Court, compliance has already been made by the respondentRSRTC and the petitioners therein have been paid arrears due consequent to their regularization on the post of Driver / Conductor. Counsel submits that similar relief be granted to the petitioner.
In view of submission made, the respondents are directed to pay the petitioner arrears due consequent to his regularization on the post of Driver / Conductor, if already done, within a period of 30 days from the service of a certified copy of this order.
The contempt petition is accordingly disposed of.
