Learned counsel for respondents submits that this petition has become infructuous in the light of order of Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.7735/2011 (Arising out of SLP No.10833/23011) decided on 5th September, 2011. The non-petitioner-workman has been allowed a lump sum amount of Rs.2.5 lakhs. It is in full and final settlement of the dues. In view of the above, impugned award of learned Labour Court stands set aside in terms of order of Hon'ble Supreme Court.
The writ petition is disposed of rendering it to be infructuous.
