Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
It is submitted that after filing this writ petition on 9.5.2013, the petitioner received a communication sent by Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Hanumangarh in which after expert committee's report, the marks of the petitioner have been enhanced and respondents are taking further action for considering the candidature of the petitioner for providing appointment.
After perusing the communication dated 3.5.2013, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents to take final decision with regard to claim of the petitioner on the basis of the communication dated 3.5.2013 within a period of one month.
