It is stated that the issue involved in this writ petition is covered by the judgment of this court in the case of “Manju Devi Dorwal & anr versus State of Rajasthan & ors”, SB Civil Writ Petition No. 4473/2006, decided on 25.2.2009. Petitioner wants to make a representation to the respondents in the light of the aforesaid judgment.
In view of aforesaid, writ petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for. In case of representation, respondents are directed to consider and decide the same. If it is covered by the judgment cited above, then to extend the benefits to the petitioners (s). In case it is not covered, petitioner(s) may be conveyed the same by a speaking order.
