ा आवेदक बीमा क�पनी। डा. एम.एस.कछावा, अिधव्व
आवेदक बीमा क�पनी की ओर से ्ऺ�तुत इस ्ऺाथर्नाप्ऴ के मा�यम से यह ्ऺाथर्ना की गयी है िक इस �यायालय ्षारा एकलपीठ िसिवल िविवध अपील संख्या 614/2011 म� पािरत आदेश िदनांक 19.9.2012 म� बीमा क�पनी के अिधव्व ा के �प म� अंिकत अिधव्व ा �ी एन.एल.वमार् के �थान पर डा. एम.एस.कछावा का नाम अंिकत िकया जावे।
मैन� ्ऺाथर्नाप्ऴ म� अंिकत त�य� का अवलोकन िकया। म� ्ऺाथर्नाप्ऴ म� अंिकत त�य� से संतु� हूं।
अत: आवेदक बीमा क�पनी की ओर से ्ऺ�तुत यह ्ऺाथर्नाप्ऴ �वीकार िकया जाता है एवं इस �यायालय ्षारा एकलपीठ िसिवल िविवध अपील संख्या 614/2011 म� पािरत आदेश िदनांक 19.9.2012 म� बीमा क�पनी के अिधव्व ा के �प म� अंिकत अिधव्व ा �ी एन.एल.वमार् के �थान पर डा. एम.एस.कछावा का नाम अंिकत माने जाने का आदेश िदया जाता है।
