This appeal was filed on 05.08.2006. Office had pointed out six defects. It was ordered on 06.07.2011 that if by the next date the defects are not removed the appeal shall be dismissed.
Despite passage of almost one and a half year since passing of the order dated 06.07.2011, the defects have not been removed, therefore, in view of the order dated 06.07.2011 this appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
