This appeal has been filed by the insurance company aggrieved by the award dated 13.12.2010, whereby a sum of Rs.16,500/- has been awarded to the respondent-claimant for the injuries suffered by him on account of the accident, which occurred on 6.2.2009.
Looking to the meagre sum involved, the appeal is dismissed. However, the dismissal of this appeal shall not effect the merits and contentions raised by the appellant in SBCMA No.3475/2011 arising out of the same award in a different claim case and / or any other appeal / claim case, which arises out of the same accident.
