�ाथ� �ारा द�ड ���या सं�हता क� धारा-482 के अ�तग�त यह दाि�डक �व�वध या�चका इस �यायालय के सम� संि�थत कर अपर सेशन �यायाधीश (�व�रत) सवाई माधोपुर �ारा पा�रत आदेश �दनांक22.1.2009 तथा एवं �या�यक मिज��ेट, �थम वग�, ख�डार िजला-सवाई माधोपुर �ारा पा�रत आदेश �दनांक- 25.7.2008 को चुनौती द� है िजनके �ारा उ�ह�ने ��तप��नी को 1000/-�पये ��तमाह अ�त�रम भरण पोषण रा�श अदा �कये जाने के �ाथ� को �नद�श �दए ह�।
�व�ान अ�धव�ा �ाथ� को सुना गया। प�ावल� पर उपल�ध साम�ी तथा आ�े�पत आदेश� का गहनता पूव�क अनुशीलन �कया गया।
दोन� अधीन�थ �यायालय� ने अ�भलेख पर आई सा�य को �व�तार पूव�क �ववे�चत एवं �व�े�षत करते हुए आ�े�पत �न�कष� �नकालते हुए आ�े�पत आदेश पा�रत �कये ह� िजनम� ह�त�ेप �कये जाने का कोई यथो�चत आधार �तीत नह�ं होता। इस दाि�डक �व�वध या�चका म� कोई बल �तीत नह�ं होता।
प�रणामत: यह दाि�डक �व�वध या�चका �नर�त क� जाती है। अपर सेशन �यायाधीश (�व�रत) सवाई माधोपुर �ारा पा�रत आदेश �दनांक-22.1.2009 तथा एवं �या�यक मिज��ेट, �थम वग�, ख�डार िजलासवाई माधोपुर �ारा पा�रत आदेश �दनांक- 25.7.2008 क� पु�� क� जाती है। या�चका के साथ संल�न ��तुत �थगन �ाथ�ना प� भी तदनुसार �नर�त �कया जाता है।
