This writ petition has been restored on account of order passed today i.e. on 02.08.2011 in S.B. Civil Miscellaneous Application No.881/2009 by which the order dated 30.03.2009 has been recalled.
Heard learned counsel for the parties on merits of the writ petition.
The writ petition had been filed since the petitioner had challenged the order by which the application for grant of renewal of the permit of petitioner had been refused by the learned R.T.A.
Admittedly, the period for which the renewal was sought was upto 31st July, 2007, which itself has expired and thereafter the petitioner has applied afresh for the grant of renewal and the renewal has been granted to the petitioner on consideration of the merits of the case of the petitioner, though subject to the decision of writ petition.

Against the aforesaid ground neither the respondent No.3 has challenged the order of renewal dated 10.10.2007. Since the order of renewal had not been challenged by any of the parties, this writ petition has become infructuous and is, disposed of as such.
Consequently, the writ petition as well as stay application stand disposed of as having become infructuous.
