At request, the matter has been taken on board today. The connected writ petition being S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 5500/2009 (Om Prakash & Ors. Vs. Municipal Board, Bhadra & Ors.) arising out of the same impugned order dated 19.05.2009 passed by the Additional District Judge, Bhadra District Hanumangarh has been allowed today by a separate order.
Following the order passed in connected writ petition, being S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 5500/2009 (Om Prakash & Ors. Vs. Municipal Board, Bhadra & Ors.), this writ petition is also allowed in terms of the said order, a copy thereof be placed on the record of this writ petition.
