By this writ petition, a challenge has been made to the order dated 6.12.2010 at Annexure-3 whereby the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal refused to pass ex parte interim order against the order of transfer. The petitioner was directed to serve notice on the respondents for consideration of prayer for interim relief and of the appeal.
I have considered submission of learned counsel and find that no error or illegality in the aforesaid order. Accordingly, writ petition so as the stay application are dismissed. However, Tribunal is directed to hear and decide the prayer for interim relief, if not already decided. If application for interim relief has already been decided, then to hear and decide the appeal expeditiously.
