It is stated that in view of changed circumstances and circular dated 9.11.2010, petitioner may be allowed to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to make a representation. This is more so when 34 posts are lying vacant at Panchayat Samiti, Hindauncity where the petitioner can be adjusted.
Looking to the prayer made, writ petition so as the stay application are disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a detailed representation to the respondents taking all the possible grounds available for him. If any such representation is made by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today, the respondents may decide the same sympathetically within another period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the representation.
