Petitioner submits that RPSC may be directed to show his marks in the selection for Rajasthan State and Subordinate Combined Competitive Examination for the recruitment year 1989-90 for which selections were made in the year 1990. Petitioner distinctly recollect his Roll No. between 46551 to 46800 as he has lost his admission card thus he is not knowing exact roll number.

Learned counsel for respondent Commission, on the other hand, submits that in absence of roll number, petitioner cannot be shown his marks sheet and issue a duplicate. In any case, exercise would be undertaken to find out as to whether any of the roll numbers falling between 46551 to 46800 belongs to the

petitioner and if roll number is traced out, copy of the mark sheet would be issued to the petitioner. For the aforesaid purpose, petitioner may visit office of the Commission on 14.12.2011. On the aforesaid date, name of the candidates falling between Roll No. 46551 to 46800 would be shown to the petitioner. This is to show that petitioner's name does not exists between the aforesaid roll numbers.

In view of the submissions made by the parties, petitioner is directed to remain present in the office of the Commission on 14.12.2011, where, he would be shown names of the candidates falling between Roll No. 46551 to 46800. If his name is traced out with the roll number, a copy of the mark sheet may be provided to him and if his name is not traced out, Commission cannot be accused for non-supply of duplicate mark sheet in absence of roll number.
