Learned counsel submits that writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the respondents in the light of the judgment of this court in bunch of writ petitions led by “Prem Prakash Sharma versus RSRTC & anr, SB Civil Writ Petition No.13855/2011 decided on 9.11.2011.
In view of aforesaid, writ petition so as the stay application are disposed of with the liberty sought for. In case of representation, respondents are directed to consider and decide the same.
