PF and notice of respondent no.2 is found not to have been filed since 6th January, 2009. Today also, none is present in the court on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition further, hence, the same deserves to be dismissed in default of appearance as also for non-prosecution, which stands dismissed, accordingly.
