This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 CrPC on behalf of the petitioner Rajendra Singh S/o Gurubachan Singh arising out of Sessions Case No. 34/2010 pending in the Court of Special Judge of NDPS Cases, Jaipur.
The first bail application was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 8th February, 2011. I do not find any ground to change my earlier view and hence, the second bail application filed by the petitioner also stands dismissed for those very reasons as enumerated in the first bail order dated 8th February, 2011.
