This petition has been filed by the petitioner in respect of the permit for the route Ratanpur to Molkoka, falling within the jurisdiction of the Regional Transport Authority, Bikaner.
The cause of action, therefore, arises within the jurisdiction of Principal Seat of this court at Jodhpur and not within the jurisdiction of the Jaipur Bench.
Accordingly, the writ petition is ordered to be returned as not maintainable and is disposed of as such.
The Registry is directed to return the copies of the documents filed by the petitioner to enable the petitioner to file writ petition at the Principal Seat of this Court at Jodhpur .
The writ petition and the stay application accordingly stand disposed of.
