There being no material before this court regarding disposal of the other cases pending before the learned appellate court, the relief which has been claimed by the petitioner cannot be allowed. However, it will be open for the petitioner to approach the learned appellate court for expeditious disposal of the appeal.
The writ petition accordingly stands dismissed.
