Perused the restoration application and the material placed by the petitioner to justify that the unserved respondents are residing at the same address.
In the facts and circumstances, I deem it just and proper to recall the order dated 01.04.2009 passed in view of the peremptory order passed by this court dated 20.03.2009.
The restoration application in the light of the above is allowed. The writ petition No.6647/2007 is ordered to be restored to its original number. The notices, which have been filed, may now be issued 'dasti' to the learned counsel for the petitioner and it shall be the duty of the petitioner to get the unserved respondents served.
The restoration application accordingly stands disposed of.
