The ground which has been raised by the learned counsel for the appellant is in respect of the calculation of the compensation based upon finding by the learned Commissioner that the age of the deceased was 21 years whereas as per the finding the date of birth of the deceased was ascertained as 5.2.1976 and thus his age would be 31 years.
In the facts and circumstances, liberty is granted to the appellant to approach the learned Commissioner by means of an application for rectification of the aforesaid order as there appears to be a clerical error.
With the aforesaid liberty this appeal is disposed of.
