This writ petition has been filed with the prayer that respondents be directed to provide avenues of promotion to the petitioners, who are all working on the post of Ward Boys in the Ayurved Department.
Learned counsel for the petitioners referred to Annexure-10, a letter of Director, Ayurved Department, Ajmer whereby proposals were sent to the Government for making amendment in the rules to provide 10% quota of promotion to Paricharaks on the post of Arurved Nurse/Compounder. Similarly by order dated 2.8.2004 such proposals were again preferred to the Government in the same terms. Learned counsel cited the judgment of this Court in Rajasthan Sahayak Karmchari Sangh Vs. State of

Having regard to the facts of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make representation to the respondents, which shall be considered and appropriate order shall be passed by the respondents in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date copy of this judgment is produced before them.
