This writ petition has been filed with the prayer that the respondents be directed to grant the benefit of leave encashment of 60 days, which the petitioner earned for the period between 16.10.1959 and 31.12.1984.
Learned Additional Government Counsel have submitted that at this belated stage, it is very difficult to verify the service.
The writ petition has been filed belatedly in the year 2007 whereas the petitioner was retired from service on 31.7.1996.
This writ petition is dismissed for delay and
latches.
