The case of the petitioner is that on
account of experience certificate which was wrongly
issued by the respondents, the form of the
petitioner was rejected and, therefore, he could not
appear in the selection process conducted pursuant
to the advertisement dated 31.05.2008 but the form
of the petitioner was wrongly rejected as it was not
the fault of the petitioner but was the fault of the
respondents. Therefore, the petitioner by way of
this writ petition is seeking writ, order or
direction directing the respondents to accept the
application of the petitioner and allow him to
participate in the interview.
Admittedly the present writ petition has
been filed by the petitioner on 23.01.2009 and by
that time, the selection process was over.
Thus, since the writ petition has been
filed by the petitioner after completion of the
selection process, therefore, the relief claimed by
the petitioner cannot be granted at this stage.

Consequently, the writ petition fails and
the same is hereby dismissed.
