The petitioner was appointed as Sweeper in
Commanding Office NCC 14 Raj. Bn Kota in the year
2002-2003 and was paid Rs. 240/- per month. In the
year 2005, the petitioner was given appointment
against the permanent post vacated by Shri Ramesh
Chand. Since the petitioner has completed two years,
she submitted an application for regularising her
services, which has been responded by the Group
Commander NCC GP. HQ Kota vide letter dated
19.06.2006 stating therein that her services cannot
be regularised on account of ban imposed by the
Government. Thereafter, after serving notice for
demand of justice, the petitioner has preferred the
instant writ petition.
The petitioner is advised to submit a fresh
representation before the respondents and it is for
the respondents to consider the same in accordance
with the provisions of law and communicate the
decision so taken on the representation to the
petitioner and if any adverse order is passed by the
[2] SBCWP 1002/2009 respondents, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same before appropriate forum. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
