Mr.B.N.Kalla for the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the meeting of Motion for no confidence could not be held on the date fixed but it was later on held on 19.03.2008 and the proceeding undertaken therein has further been challenged in fresh writ petition bearing No.2029/2008.
In view of the above prayer is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to raise all the issues taken in the writ petition in the fresh writ petition. Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty aforesaid but subject to just objections raised by the respondents.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with observation made above.
