Learned counsel for the petitioner has
argued that in spite of the fact that Gram
Panchayat, Lamba, Tehsil Chirawa, District
Jhunjhunuhasthricerecommended
regularization of the possession of the
petitioner on a revenue land according to
Government Circular dated 11.1.2008, the
Tehsildar Chirawa has so far not taken any
decision on the prayer made by the
petitioner.
In view of the aforesaid statement, I
do not deem it appropriate to directly
entertain the writ petition before any
view is taken by the Tehsildar, however, I

set the petitioner at liberty to make a
representation to the Tehsildar, Chirawa,
who shall consider the same and decide the
same within three months from the date
such representation is made.
