Pre s ent contempt proceedings h ave been filed on account o f alleged non-compliance of order dated 19.03.2024 passed by the Wri t Court. The op e rative para Nos.4 and 5 thereof are extracted hereunde r for reference:-

Mr. Sunil Panwar, Advocate, a ccepts notice on behalf o f respondents No.2 and 4, an d submits that the pending lega l notice, dated 23.02.2024, w ill be decided by responden t No.3-Registrar of Gurugra m University, by passing a speaking order in accordan c e with law, within a period of 8 weeks.

Learned counsel for the respondents has referred to the speaking order dated 13.05.2024 passed by Registrar, Gurugram University, Gurugram whereby, legal notice dated 23.02.2024 stands dealt with and the prayer made by the petitioner has been declined.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 13.05.2024 has been served upon the petitioner. However, he submits that the detailed marks of the applicant-petitioner for the post of Law Officer have not been provided to him, despite he having applied for the same. Be that as it may, in case the petitioner is denied the details of his marks as well as marks obtained by other candidates in the selection process, he shall be at liberty to avail his remedies in accordance with law, besides even assailing the speaking order dated 13.05.2024 passed by the respondents.
