Present appeal was filed in the year 2020 wherein, objections were raised by the Registry and thereafter, no one has bothered to clear the said objection and the incomplete appeal is still pending with the Registry of this Court and the same has been listed so as to weed out the same as the appeal is consuming limited space available.

As per Rule 9, Chapter I, Part-A, Volume V, Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules and Orders, the appeal on which objections have been raised by the Registry is to be taken back by the counsel/party, who filed it, to be re-filed within a total period of 40 days.
