Upon receipt the report da t ed 05.2.2026 received from the Medi a tion and Conciliation Centre, t h e Registry has listed the case today.

A perusal of the said r e port reflects that the dispute between the parties has been amicably resolved. The Settleme n t/Compromise dated 03.02.2 0 26 arrived at between the parties fo r ms part of the said report.
