The present contempt peti t ion has been filed alleging violation o f order dated 27.11.2025 (An n exure P-1) passed by the Writ Court in C W P-35152-2025, titled as ‘Ajm e r Singh and others vs. State of Haryana a n d others’ whereby it was direct e d as follows:-

“xxx xxx xxx 4. Mr. Deepak Balyan, learned Additional Advocate general, Haryana having bee n served with an advance copy of the petitioner, has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent-State. He submits , on instructions, that the case of the petitioner will be consi d ered in accordance with law in due course, if the petitioner i s allowed one month’s salary in lieu of LTC for the block y ear 2020-2023, which stood extended by one year i.e., up t o December 2024, and that the necessary sanction orders wi l l be passed within a period o f two months from the date of r e ceipt of a certified copy of this order.”

It is submitted by learned co u nsel for the petitioner that the

been complied with till date.
