“Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though notice of motion has not been issued in CWP-5417-2022, till date. However, he further apprises this Court, on instructions from the quarter concerned, that during the pendency of the instant writ petition(s), the demise of contesting respondent No.2, has occurred, and therefore, he has made a request for an adjournment, to implead the LRs of deceased respondent No.2, if any, on or before the next date of hearing.

The asked for request is accepted. List this matter on 17.12.2025, for arguments.
