The petition has been filed, in t er alia , seeking a direction t o respondents no.1 and 2 not to harass the p e titioner by summoning him i n connection w i th the inquiry being conducte d on complaint no.210 - Pesh i dated 22.04.2 0 26.

Learned State counsel pointed out that upon receiving th e aforemention e d complaint against the petiti o ner, a notice dated 23.04.202 6 was issued r e quiring him to attend the preliminary inquiry on 27.04.202 6 alongwith all r elevant documents and material, so that veracity of facts coul d be ascertaine d by bringing him face to face w ith the complainant. The notic e also records t h at no case has been filed agai n st him, nor will he be arreste d during investi g ation of the complaint.
