The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to execute/register the conveyance deeds in favour of the genuine homebuyers/allottees of Tower – C, SRS Pearl Floors, Sector 5, Palwal, in terms of the orders dated 27.07.2023 and 11.03.2026, Annexures P-21 and P-29, respectively.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before respondent no.5. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case the said respondent is directed to decide its pending representation(s), dated 30.04.2026 and 06.05.2026, Annexures P-33 and P-34, respectively, in a specified period.
