Learned Senior counsel submits that similar controversy stands already decided in a batch of petitions with lead case of Ved Pal Singh vs. State of Haryana and others, CWP-12263-2018, decided on 22.03.2022, against which no LPA was filed which covers their case on all fours as that also relates to directions passed by the District Grievance Committee and may be disposed of as such, which learned counsel for the respondents, despite their best efforts, have not been able to controvert the factual position and draw out any distinctive aspects in the aforementioned judgment or cite any contrary thereto.

Learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4, in fact, refers to an undertaking given in CWP-10796-2022 that they would not get swayed by such directions.

Disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment.
