11.08.2025 (Annexure P-1), pe��oner has come up before this Court by filing the present pe��on under Ar�cle 226 of Cons�tu�on of India for grant of concession of parole for 10 weeks under Sec�on 3 of Haryana Good Conduct Prisoners (Temporary Release) Act 2022.

Counsel for the pe��oner submits that he would be contended and sa�sfied if direc�ons are issued to decide the applica�on dated 11.08.2025 within the �me bound manner by respondents No.3 & 4.

No�ce served upon the official respondent through State counsel. Counsel for the State submits that they be given �me to decide the applica�on (Annexure P-1) filed by the pe��oner.

Given above, respondent No.3-Superintendent of Jail, Central Jail Ambala, is directed to expedite the applica�on (P-1) filed by the pe��oner, within a period of two weeks and respondent No.4 shall decide the same within one week from the date of receipt of report from respondent No.3. It is clarified that order passed must be reasoned one and same be also communicated to the pe��oner without any delay.
