2. It has been alleged by the complainant that o n 10.12.2025 at about 10.00 P. M . he along with 'Manoj' wa s s t anding outside his shops a t Ratia Road near Ravida s D haramshala Tohana, when 'S antokh', 'Satyawan', 'Anoop' , ' P arveen', 'Rajat', 'Rajesh @ Midda', 'Ankit', 'Ankush' an d ' A bhishek', all armed with ganda s i, sword, iron rods and woode n s t icks, came there. As per com p lainant, upon seeing them th e c o mplainant rushed to the roo f -top of the house of 'Tarsem' , w hile 'Manoj' ran away throug h the street. It has been furthe r alleged that all the aforesaid p e rsons armed with the aforesai d w eapons, reached the roo f -top, where 'Tarsem' wa s accompanying them, and they a l l jointly inflicted injuries upo n t h e head of complainant, left ar m , both legs and other parts o f t h e body with the help of stick s , gandasi and rods. It is als o alleged that co-accused Tarsem had snatched the mobile phon e o f the complainant during the o ccurrence. It is further allege d t h at thereafter the co-accused i n tercepted 'Manoj' in the stree t and caused injuries on his pe r son. As per complainant, th e m edico-legal reports shows that he and 'Manoj' had suffere d m ultiple injuries caused by blunt weapons.
