Petitioners have filed the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS for quashing of FIR No. 30, dated 02.06.2024, under Sections 307, 324, 323, 148, 149 of IPC, 1860 (Annexure P-1), and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of the compromise dated 23.11.2024(Annexures P-), effected between the parties.

Vide order dated 11.12.2025, the affected parties were directed to appear before the learned Trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate and to get their statements recorded on 09.01.2026 or on any other date convenient to the Court.

On the previous date of hearing, i.e. 17.02.2026, there was no representation on behalf of counsel for the petitioners or the private respondents, namely, Mr. Jagdeep Singh, Advocate, who had appeared before this Court on 11.12.2025. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of either side.
