Criminal Misc. Application bearing No. CRM-52915-2025, under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, has been filed seeking withdrawal of the main case i.e. CRM-M-29949-2025, which is listed for 05.02.2026.

In the main case, on 17.11.2025, following order was passed:-

“ At the outset, learned State counsel has filed the status report dated 15.11.2025 in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. Office to tag the same at appropriate place.

A copy thereof has been handed over to the counsel for the petitioner, who prays for time to address arguments. Adjourned to 11.03.2026.”

Today, on the very outset, learned counsel for the applicantpetitioner prays for withdrawal of main petition with liberty to pursue alternative remedy in accordance with law. Therefore, there is a request of learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner that the date of hearing in the main case, which is fixed for 11.03.2026 be also pre-poned for today itself, and then applicant-petitioner be allowed to withdraw the main case, i.e., CRM-M-29949-2025.
