The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has bee n filed for grant o f anticipatory bail to the pe t itioner in FIR No. 420, date d 27.08.2025, und e r Sections 109(1), 238(b), 3(5) and 61 of BNS (correspondin g to Sections 307, 201, 34 and 120-B of IPC) and Section 25 of Arms Act , registered at Pol i ce Station Bhiwani Sadar, Bhi w ani (Annexure P-1).
