The petition under Section 52 8 of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksh a Sanhita, 20 2 3, has been filed for directin g official respondents to decid e petitioner’s r epresentation dated 30.09.2025.

Learned counsel for the petiti o ner submits that petitioner wa s married wit h respondent No.5 in July, 2008. It was a love marriage. Th e matrimonial relations soured due to interf e rence by respondent No.6. O n 03.07.2025, r espondent No.5 left the matri m onial home and took along wit h her child of t he parties, Rs.40,000/- cash an d some important documents. I t later transpi r ed that respondent No.5 was al r eady married and she conceale d the factum of her previous marriage from p e titioner. Custody of minor so n was later re s tored to the petitioner. Respo n dent No.5 filed CRWP-11744 - 2025 before this Court for custody of the m inor child which was declined .
