Prayer in the present petition filed by the petitioner/tenant is for setting aside the order dated 01.03.20 1 6 passed by the learned lower Appellate A uthority, Ambala, whereby th e appeal filed by the petitionertenant against the order dated 23.12.2014 passed by the learned Rent Controller, Ambala was dismissed.

After arguing for some time, when this Court is not inclined to interfer e in the matter on merits, lea r ned counsel for the petitioner submits th a t he may be permitted to withd r aw the present revision petition and the pe t itioner may be granted 06 mo n ths time to vacate the demised premises/house bearing No. 3675/2(2011- B II), Ambala City.

Keeping in mind the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn ; and the petitioner- t enant is hereby directed to vac a te the demised premises/house

However, the respon d ent-landlord is at liberty to re c over the mesne profits/arrears of rent, if a ny, from the petitioner-tenant i n accordance with law. 5. The petitioner will also furnish an undertaking along with one surety bond before the learned Ren t Controller, Ambala, within a period of 01 week from today, that h e will hand over the vacant possession of the demised premises/house bearing No. 3675/2(2011-BII), Ambala City to the respondent-landlord, a s undertaken above by him.
