After arguing for some time, when this Court is not inclined to interfer e in the matter on merits, lea r ned counsel for the petitioner submits th a t he may be permitted to withd r aw the present revision petition and the pe t itioner may be granted 06 mo n ths time to vacate the demised premises i.e. House No. HE-232, Phase-7, SAS Nagar

Keeping in mind the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn ; and the petitioner- t enant is hereby directed to va c ate the demised premises i.e. House No. HE-232, Phase-7, SAS Nagar, in 06 months from today. It is directed that the petitioner shall hand ove r physical, peaceful and vacant possession of the demised premises to t he respondent-landlord on or before 08. 0 7.2026.

The petitioner will also furnish an undertaking along with one surety bond before the learned Rent C ontroller, SAS Nagar, within a period of 04 weeks from today, that h e will hand over the vacant possession of the demised premises i.e. H o use No. HE-232, Phase-7, SAS Nagar to t h e respondent-landlord, as under t aken above by him.
