At the very outset, learned c o unsel appearing on behalf of the respo n dents has referred to and hand e d over in Court a copy of the order dat e d 28.01.2025 passed by the Di v ision Bench of this Court in CACP N o .7 of 2018 in COCP No.729 o f 2014, titled as Pritpal Singh Grewal v s. Gurlal Singh Grewal, and s ubmits that in view of the aforesaid order, the present contempt petition has been rendered infructuo u s and deserves to be disposed o f accordingly.
