The present contempt peti t ion has been filed alleging wilful di s obedience of order dated 04.09 . 2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by a Co- o rdinate Bench of this Court i n CWP-14607-2022 titled as Shamshe r Singh vs. State of Haryan a and others , whereby the responde n t, who is the son of the petitio n er, was directed to clear all outstandi n g dues within a period of t w o weeks from the date of passing of the said order.

Learned counsel for the petit i oner submits that though the responde n t has cleared certain dues, the p ayment has been made only from the date of the order and not fr o m the date of filing of the applicati o n before the Civil Court i. e . 23.04.2021. It is further submitte d that the respondent has m ade payment only from

On instructions, learned counsel for the re s pondent undertakes that the outstandi n g dues for the aforesaid period of eight months, i.e. from 23.04.20 2 1 to 16.12.2021, shall be cle a red within a period of four weeks fr o m today.
