The defendant-Punjab Wak f Board is in second appeal against th e concurrent judgments render e d by both the District Courts whereby t h e suit of recovery filed by the plaintiff/respondents was decreed.

Vide last order dated 28.11.2 0 25, the matter was referred to the Media t ion and Conciliation Centre o f this Court for exploring the possibility of amicable settlement betwee n the parties. Pursuant thereto, report dated 03.12.2025, has been receive d as per which the matter stands settled be t ween the parties by way o f Settlement/Agreement dated 03.12.202 5 .

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of appellant-Wakf Board sub m its that in terms of Settlement /A greement dated 03.12.2025, a sum of ₹ 1 3,23,494/- has been transferr e d to the respondents through
