The prayer embodied in the instant writ petition appertains to issuance of directions upon the respondent No.1, to consider the petitioner’s complaint dated 02.08.2024 (Annexure P-9), as filed under Section 21(4) of the HRRS Act, 2012, and, to pass a reasoned order thereon.

On 05.04.2025, this Court had, without issuing notice, directed the learned State counsel to, after having instructions from the quarter concerned, inform this Court as to how much time is required to take a final decision on the petitioner’s complaint.

Today, the learned State counsel has, after having instructions from the District Registrar concerned, informed this Court that, the petitioner’s complaint has already been decided by passing a speaking order.

disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, on the ground that, the petitioner has not yet received any order from the quarter concerned.

Be that as it may, taking into account the submission made by the learned State counsel that, a speaking order has already been passed on the petitioner’s complaint, this Court is of the view that, no further direction is required to be passed. However, the District Registrar concerned is directed to forthwith communicate to the petitioner the order passed on his complaint.
