“Learned counsel for the petitioner while placing reliance upon Annexure P-2, which is a bill prepared by the Sub Divisional Engineer, Provincial Sub Division No.1, PWD B&R, Branch, Panipat inter-alia submits that despite sanctioning of the bill, the amount has not been released.

Notice of motion for 24.4.2025.

Mr. Bhupender Singh, D.A.G., Haryana, waives service on behalf of the respondents-State. He seeks time to have instructions from the quarter concerned and informs this Court as to which are the impediments for not releasing the amount, as mentioned in Annexure P-2.
