Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that the cause of non-grant of compassionate appointment to the petitioner stands redressed by an order of appointment dated 11.04.2005, whereby the petitioner was granted compassionate appointment on the post of Peon on account of his father, who was working on the post of Patwari in 2002, having died in harness.
